· Conducts shift briefings toensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known

· Supervise front officeoperations during assigned shift including:

o Supervise the use of he publicaddress system

o Assisting with seriouscomplaints

· Supervise cashiering activitiesduring shift including:

o Cash handling and bankingprocedure

o Dealing with irregular payments

o Instructing staff in creditpolicies and facilities

o Carry out debtor control

o Prepare reports

o Supervise the cashiering system

· Works with Superior and HumanResources on manpower planning and management needs
