服从安排，与传菜员密切合作，按照工作程序与标准为宾客提供高效、优质的点菜、上菜、酒水服务、结账等环节的餐饮服务,保持良好的服务形象。
2, Do a good job of pre-med inspection, and set up according to the standard, ready to open all kinds of supplies and appliances. Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of regional facilities and equipment to ensure an elegant, clean and safe dining environment.
认真做好餐前检查工作，并按标准摆台，准备开餐的各类用品和用具。负责区域设施、设备的清洁保养工作，保证提供优雅、清洁、安全的就餐环境。
3. Familiar with menu and wine list, actively and skillfully sell to guests, fill out guest's order list and wine list according to specifications.
熟悉菜单和酒水单，向宾客进行积极且有技巧的推销，按规格填好客人的点菜单和酒水单。
4. Ask guests for comments and suggestions in time, and try to help guests to solve all kinds of problems in the process of dining. If necessary, fill in the comments on the quality information card and reflect them to the foreman.
及时征询宾客意见和建议，尽量帮助客人解决就餐过程中的各类问题必要时将客人意见填写在质量信息卡上并反映给领班。
