在规划、组织、人事、引导和管理控制酒店方面协助总经理。在总经理缺席时负责酒店运营。全面管理酒店的日常运营及酒店服务的盈利。
Assist the General Manager in planning, organizing, staffing, directing and controlling the hotel. Responsible for hotel operation in the absence of the General Manager. Oversees the day-to-day operations of the hotel in line with the company’s policies and standards.
