Under the direction of supervisor and food specifications, prepare a variety of food and ensure the quality and safety of the food.
在上级的领导下,按菜式规定,烹制各种菜式,保证出品质量、卫生安全。
Being familiar with the information concerning the name, source, specification, price, rate and seasonal demand of the food.
熟悉各种原材料的名称、产地、特点、价格、起成率、淡旺季供应需求等信息。
Assist the Chief Chef in checking the quality and quantity of the food, report to the supervisor in case of problem.
协助主厨检查购进货源的鲜活、质量、数量必须符合要求,发现问题及时向上级汇报。
Carry out supervisory responsibilities for the kitchen’s daily sanitation and cleanliness.
负责厨房日常卫生工作。
In compliance with the Ascott Group's Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines and policies, pay attention to energy conservation and the safe operation in daily work.
遵守集团的环境健康安全方针政策,日常工作中注意节能和安全操作。
Ensuring all service guarantees and commitments are met.
完成领导交办的其他工作。
