Major Responsibility 主要工作职责
• Responsible for the day-to-day human resource tasks such as employees' attendance, payroll,
welfare supervision.
负责日常人力资源工作任务,诸如员工考勤、工资发放、福利监管;
• Responsible for the maintenance and management of iHR;
负责管理和维护 iHR 系统;
• Assist to deal with human resources transaction processing.
协助处理人力资源事务;
• Assist to staff training and development;
协助员工培训和发展规划;
• Assist to staff recruitment;
协助员工招聘;
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
执行管理层交办的其他工作事宜。
Requirements 资质要求
• Bachelor degree or above;
本科及以上学历;
• More than 3 years relevant HR experience in hotel / service apartment management;
至少 3 年以上在酒店/服务公寓行业人力资源的工作经验;
• Familiar with the domestic labor laws;
熟悉国内的劳动法规;
• Good Chinese and English communication skills;
良好的中英文沟通能力;
• Can withstand strong working pressure.
能承受工作压力。
