【岗位职责】
1、负责员工考勤数据的收集、整理与核对,确保考勤记录的准确性和及时性
2、协助制定和完善考勤管理制度,优化考勤流程
3、处理员工考勤异常情况,包括请假、加班、调休等事务的登记与统计
4、定期生成考勤报表,为薪资核算提供准确数据支持
5、解答员工关于考勤政策的疑问,维护良好的员工关系
6、配合人力资源部门完成其他相关事务性工作
【岗位要求】
1、具备基础的考勤管理或人力资源相关工作经验者优先
2、熟练使用Excel等办公软件,具备数据处理能力
3、工作细致认真,责任心强,能够保证数据的准确性
4、具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识
5、能够适应快节奏的工作环境,具备一定的抗压能力
【Job Responsibilities】
Be responsible for the collection, organization and verification of employee attendance data to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of attendance records.
2. Assist in formulating and improving the attendance management system and optimizing the attendance process.
3. Handle abnormal situations regarding employee attendance, including the registration and statistics of leave, overtime, compensatory time off, etc.
4. Regularly generate attendance reports to provide accurate data support for salary calculation.
5. Answer employees' questions about the attendance policy and maintain good employee relations.
6. Cooperate with the human resources department to complete other related administrative tasks.
【Position Requirements】
Those with basic experience in attendance management or human resources are preferred.
2. Proficient in using office software such as Excel and having the ability to process data.
3. I am meticulous and conscientious in my work, have a strong sense of responsibility, and can ensure the accuracy of data.
4. Possess good communication skills and a strong sense of service.
5. Be able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment and possess a certain degree of stress resistance.
