Major Responsibilities 主要职责:
Assist DOE to execute all sales action plans related to catering market (by segment and geographical locations) as outlined in the marketing plan.

Handle all aspects of groups logistics after contract signing including co-ordination with all related departments and execution thereof.

Maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel in major market areas through direct sales, telephone, fax and written communications.

Represents the hotel and participates in domestic and international sales activities.

Constant customer contact directed towards existing customers and potential customers.

Interfaces with operations department on a timely basis.

Job Specification 职位要求:
At least 2 years of work experience at this position in luxury hotel. Candidates with substantial experience in luxury hotel ready to move up will also be considered.
具备五星级酒店同等职位两年以上工作经验,或已具备多年相关经验期望获得进一步提升者。
Good communication skills and service oriented.
具有良好的沟通能力和服务意识。
Fluent in English.
英语流利。
