【岗位职责】
1. Digital Strategy Execution数字战略执行
l Ensures hotels’ eCommerce strategies are effectively implemented in the online platform.
确保酒店的电子商务战略在在线平台上得到有效实施。
l Ensures compliance and participation in group promotions and eCommerce channels.
确保遵守并参与集团促销活动和电子商务渠道。
l Promotes and protects brand equity.
提升和保护品牌资产。
l Understand the working relationships between sales, revenue and F&B.
了解销售、收益和餐饮部之间的工作关系。
l Demonstrates knowledge of job-relevant issues, products, systems and processes.
具备与工作相关的问题、产品、系统和流程的知识。
l Executes annual marketing plan to budget, in consultation with the GM, Food and Beverage leader,
Operations leaders, Sales & Revenue leaders and eCommerce leaders.
与总经理、餐饮负责人、运营负责人、销售负责人和收益负责人以及电子商务负责人协商,执行年度营销计划预算。
l Partners with Operations, Food & Beverage and Sales teams to execute promotions and campaigns to target in-house guests with promotions that drive incremental revenue to the hotel.
与运营、餐饮和销售团队合作,针对酒店内部客人开展促销活动,为酒店增加收入。
l Acts as the liaison between the marketing department and advertising agency on the tactical advertising campaigns' creative and media plans, particularly for food and beverage promotions.
在营销部门和广告公司之间就广告活动的创意和媒体计划(特别是食品和饮料促销)发挥联络作用。
l Partners with property Revenue Management to verify correct offer loading, verifying advertisement
targeting is correctly directed at relevant consumer groups.
与收益管理部门合作,验证正确的报价状态,验证广告定位是否正确指向相关消费群体。
l Verifies all advertising for the hotel in digital channels is in alignment with brand voice.
验证酒店在数字渠道上的所有广告是否与品牌传递一致。
l Facilitates social media engagement and updating content in local digital channels (e.g., hotel website, travel sites).
促进在社交媒体上的参与,并在本地数字渠道(如酒店网站、旅游网站)更新内容。
l Engages in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive or negative) in social media channels and responds accordingly.
积极主动地进行在线声誉管理,在社交媒体渠道上发布相关的客人评论(正面或负面),并做出相应的回应。
2. Marketing and Communication Partnership市场推广及传播伙伴关系
l Increase MARRIOTT enrollment.
增加万豪会员的注册人数。
l Assists in the development and execution of the cluster marketing plan (e.g. retargeting campaign, OTA marketing, etc.).
协助制定和执行集群营销计划(如重新定位活动、OTA营销等)。
l Develops the offer landing page on Marriott.com for cluster offers.
在集团官网上开发集群报价登录页面。
l Identifies and obtains Marriott.com and OTA marketing and merchandising placements as appropriate.
在适当的情况下,确定并获得集团官网和OTA的营销和销售位置。
3. Maintains frequent, active engagement with Digital leads to ensure alignment, pull-through, and 2-way communication about status, performance evaluation, opportunities, and issues related to online programs and initiatives.
与数字化领导者保持频繁、积极的接触,以确保对在线项目和计划的状态、绩效评估、机会和问题进行一致、全面的双向沟通。
4. Focuses on supporting region-wide digital engagement via social media (e.g., Sina Weibo, Wechat, Little Red Book, etc.).
注重通过社交媒体(如新浪微博、微信、小红书等)支持全区域数字参与。
5. Facilitates social media engagement, Hotel Website content update (especially for Food & Beverage outlets), and updating content in other digital channels (e.g., hotel websites).
促进在社交媒体上的参与,酒店网站内容更新(特别是餐饮店),以及其他数字渠道(如酒店网站)的内容更新。
6. Supports the execution of promotions campaign in F&B, weddings, spa, rooms and conferences through relevant social media channels.
通过相关的社交媒体渠道支持餐饮、婚礼、水疗、客房和会议的促销活动。
【岗位要求】
1. 4-year bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related major; no work experience required.
4年制本科学历,市场营销、公共关系、商业或相关专业;不需要工作经验。
2. OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related major and 3 years experience in the sales, marketing, digital or related professional area; hospitality marketing or digital advertising experience preferred.
或在认可大学获得市场营销、公共关系、工商管理或相关专业2年学位,并在销售、市场营销、数字或相关专业领域3年工作经验;有酒店营销或数字广告经验者优先。
