The F&B Clerk and Hygiene Specialist is fully responsible that the
hotel food production and storage area comply with local laws and Marriott
Hygiene standards. He/she is conducting daily spot checks. He/she is will
conduct hygiene related training with hands out and attendance record. He/she
will write daily reports to inform manager of hygiene status.
