§ Assists the OutletManager to ensure that the outlet is managed efficiently according to theestablished concept statement, providing courteous, professional, efficient andflexible service at all times.

§ Is a hands-on managerand is present at all times in the Outlet, especially during busy periods.

§ Establishes andstrictly adheres to the par stocks for all operating equipment, supplies,inventoried items, and to ensure that the outlet is adequately equipped.

§ Assists in conductingmonthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.

§ Ensures that theoutlet is kept clean and organised, both at the front as well as the back ofhouse.
