To assist Director of Talent & Culture and Talent & CultureManager to handle personnel routine work, mainly for administrating talentdata, salary and benefit etc.
协助人才与文化总监和人才与文化部经理处理日常人才与文化工作,主要是人才信息管理和薪酬福利等。
*Take responsibility in areas of Ambassador monthly attendance related and benefits report.
负责制作大使每月考勤相关报表、福利报表。
*Manage and update Ambassador personnel file, monthly Ambassador attendance, social insurance and house fund. etc. records.
管理和更新大使的档案、每月考勤、社会保险、公积金造册。
*Maintain the HR computer system.
人事系统的维护。
