Hyatt Regency Beijing Wangjing is lookingfor a Director of Operations with a strong Food &Beverage (F&B) background and proficiency in both English and Chinese.
The ideal candidate should be either aChinese national with substantial international experience, or an expatriatewith long-term experience in China and a deep understanding of the localmarket. In addition to expertise in F&B operations, the candidate shouldpossess knowledge of F&B sales, marketing communications, rooms division,and revenue management.
Responsibilities include supporting theGeneral Manager in overseeing hotel operations, driving team performance towardexceptional guest satisfaction, enhancing employee productivity, and maximizing profitability. Key focus areaswill include service quality, operational efficiency, brand compliance, andoverall guest experience.
