KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Ensure quality function is aligned with Ritz-Carlton corporate standard and requirement2. Ensure all quality information are documented, summarized and communicated3. Lead all departments to achieve quality goals4. Partner with operation departments to achieve their revenue goals through quality initiatives5. Participate in project teams to develop and implement quality strategies and plans.
