【岗位职责】
•Coordinating processing and distributing all incoming reservations and being responsible for telephone inquiries and information services for the hotel. Work closely with the sales team to ensure all reservations are made.
负责酒店的电话问询、答疑等服务,以及协调、处理和分配所有接收到的客房预订。与销售团队密切合作,确保做好所有预订房间工作。
•To be well-versed in all reservations handling and process, proficient in operating the reservations systems and equipment.
精通处理预订的流程和步骤,熟练使用预订系统和相关设备。
•To closely monitor the standards of service delivery in all aspects of customer sales e.g. phone sales, inquiry handling, turn-around response and follow-up of special requests pertaining to reservations made.
密切监控客户销售各方面的服务标准,如电话销售、咨询处理、周转响应以及与预订有关的特殊要求的跟进。
•To perform Arrival Check for next day’s arrival to make sure all booking details are furnished and well-coordinated.
对第二天抵达的客人进行抵达检查,确保所有预订细节都已准备就绪并协调妥当。
•To keep abreast of booking trends and on-the-book changes e.g. sudden group wash/pick-up to alert relevant parties as deemed necessary.
随时了解预订趋势和预订中的变化,例如突然的团体取消/新增,在必要时提醒相关方。
•To ensure tasks are duly completed and no backlog is carried over to the next day.

•To upsell whenever possible to maximize on occupancy and revenues, and cross-sell hotel other product.

•Ensure that guest history is maintained accuracy and up to date.

•To fully understand market segmentation to accurately “qualify” reservations.
理解市场细分并能精准的进行预订分类。
•To assist in monitoring room and rate availability across all distribution systems to maximize sales opportunities and minimize regrets build-up fully understand market segmentation to accurately “qualify” reservations.
协助监控所有分销系统的客房和房价供应情况,最大限度地增加销售机会,建立充分了解市场细分,以达到准确 "鉴定 "预订。
•To handle incoming reservation requests/correspondence, confirming or regretting on the day received.
处理日常预订问询、确认并能够处理因满房等其他原因不能顺利接待预订的情况。
•To advise Director of Revenue Management of any deviation in rate applications or reservations arrangement.
在预定系统出现价格问题或其他不合理的情况时第一时间告知收益总监进行处理。
【岗位要求】
•Strong problem-solving ability.
有一定的应变处理问题的能力。
•At least one-year relevant working experience in reservation department.
至少有1年相关的预定工作经验。
•Positive action.
积极的行动力。
•Good communication skills.
良好的沟通能力。
•Good computer skils.
良好的计算机技能。
•Convey a high level of understanding of the importance of attention to details. Ability to work independentlyand as a team.
