【岗位职责】
•Fully responsible for the sales department daily work, to assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in the development of Sales and Marketing plans and budget preparation, responsible in achieving the room and catering objectives of the hotel, represents and promotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact with the market and the customer base locally and internationally through Customer Relationship Management.
全面负责销售部的日常工作,协助市场销售总监制定市场销售计划和预算,负责实现酒店的客房和餐饮目标,通过客户关系管理与国内外市场和客户群保持联系,代表和促进酒店的发展。
•Observe competitor’s activities and assist in marketing intelligence.
观察竞争对手的活动并协助市场动态调研。
•Oversee sales & marketing operations while Director of Sales and Marketing is out of office.
市场销售总监不在时掌管市场营销部门的运营。
•Sell to new, existing, and prospective customers considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business.
根据在销售策略中既定目标,向新的、现有的、有可能的客户进行销售,并与其谈判商定最适合的价格以争取更大的利润。
•Serve existing customers through management of account bases.
通过客户管理,向现有的客户提供服务。
•Develops, monitors, and evaluates all Conference and Events related objectives, strategies, marketing plan and actions in the Events Sales Department with the Restaurant Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing to achieve or surpass forecasted revenues.
同餐厅经理和市场销售部总监一起拓展、监督并评估所有与会议及宴会部门相关的目标、策略,市场营销计划和行动,以能达到或超越收入预算。
•Develop and maintain a regular pattern of sales calls, meeting with principals of target market.
开发并保持定期的销售拜访,与目标市场主要联系人保持良好沟通。
•Create both new and repeated business for the hotel by maintaining connections with airlines, travel agencies, corporate, OTA, meeting and exhibition organizer, government, and professional associations within local, domestic, and international markets. Staying connected with planners, corporate accounts, incentive buyers, airlines, and wholesalers, through personal sales calls, telephone contacts and written communications.
与当地国内的和国际市场上的航空公司、旅行社、公司、网络第三方、会议及展会组织者,政府和行业协会保持良好联系,以发展新客户及维护已有客户。通过个人销售拜访、电话和邮件交流等与策划者、企业客户、航空公司、批发商等保持联系。
•Build image within local marketplace through attending events.
通过参与当地市场的各种活动在市场上树立良好形象。
•Analyzes market information by using sales systems and implements strategy to achieve hotel’s financial room.
使用销售系统分析市场信息,执行销售战略以完成酒店预算。
•Conduct business travel to promote the hotel and develop potential business.
商务旅行至其他城市对酒店进行推广,发掘潜在的业务。
•Monitor existing business and provide inputs into sales strategy meetings to maximize business.
监测现有业务,并在销售策略会上提出建议以扩大业务。
•Grow existing business; establish and pursue leads which will develop business.
发展现有业务,并建立和寻找发展业务的机会。
•Develop FIT and Group business including taking care of in-house clients.
发掘散客及团队业务包括协调住店客人的事宜。
•Meet and greet in-house clients to develop new account.
与住店客人见面交流以争取发展为新客户。
•Conduct regular telemarketing and sales blitz to develop new account as well as maintaining existing accounts.
定期电话营销以及集中大规模陌生拜访用以发展新客户和维护已有客户。
【岗位要求】
•Marketing or related major, with over 5 years of working experience in the same position.
市场营销或相关专业,5年以上同岗位工作经验。
Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, and skilled in using office software.
熟练的英文听说读写能力,熟练使用办公软件。
Have a deep understanding of marketing work, with strong market perception ability, the ability to accurately grasp market dynamics and directions, and close media cooperation relationships.
对市场营销工作有深刻认知,有较强的市场感知能力、敏锐地把握市场动态、市场方向的能力、密切的媒体合作关系。
High work enthusiasm, good team spirit, strong observation and adaptability, excellent interpersonal communication skills, team building ability and organizational development ability.
高度的工作热情,良好的团队合作精神,有较强的观察力和应变能力、出色的人际沟通能力、团队建设能力、组织开拓能力。
