【岗位职责】
•Selling of all facets and products of the hotel; providing support to Director of Sales & Marketing to maximise business results.

•Observe competitor activities and assists in marketing intelligence.

•Sell to new, existing and prospective customers considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business.
根据在销售策略中既定目标,向新的、现有的、有可能的客户进行销售,并与其谈判商定最适合的价格以争取更大的利润。
•Serve existing customers through management of account bases.
通过客户管理,向现有的客户提供服务。
•Sell all facets and products of the hotel.
销售酒店的所有设施和产品。
•Develop and maintain a regular pattern of sales calls, meeting with principals of target market.
开发并保持定期的销售拜访,与目标市场主要联系人保持良好沟通。
•Create both new and repeated business for the hotel by maintaining connections with travel agencies, corporate clients, meeting and exhibition organizers, government, and professional associations within local, domestic, and international markets. Staying connected with planners, corporate accounts, incentive buyers, airlines and wholesalers, through personal sales calls, telephone contacts and written communications.
与当地国内的和国际市场上的旅行社、公司、会议及展会组织者,政府和行业协会保持良好联系,以发展新客户及维护已有客户。通过个人销售拜访、电话和邮件交流等与策划者、企业客户、航空公司、批发商等保持联系。
•Entertain clients twice per week at hotel outlets.
每周两次在酒店餐厅招待客户。
•Plan and conduct hotel site inspection at least four times per week.
计划并带领客人参观酒店环境,每周至少安排四次。
•Conduct business travel to promote the hotel and develop potential business.
商务旅行至其他城市对酒店进行推广,发掘潜在的业务。
•Monitor existing business and provide inputs into sales strategy meetings to maximize business.
监测现有业务,并在销售策略会上提出建议以扩大业务。
•Grow existing business; establish and pursue leads which will develop business.
发展现有业务,并建立和寻找发展业务的机会。
•Assess sales and marketing data.
评估市场销售数据。
•Assist with the preparation work for new products and services.
协助新产品和服务的准备工作。
•Develop FIT and Group business including taking care of in-house clients.
发掘散客及团队业务包括协调住店客人的事宜。
•Meet and greet in-house clients to develop new account.
与住店客人见面交流以争取发展为新客户。
•Conduct regular telemarketing and sales blitz to develop new account as well as maintaining existing accounts.
定期电话营销以及集中大规模陌生拜访用以发展新客户和维护已有客户。
【岗位要求】
•University Degree in related subjects preferred.
大学学历,相关专业毕业。
•More than 3 years of experience in the same position, capable of conducting overall marketing work based on industry characteristics, with a certain amount of customer accumulation, and possessing teamwork spirit.
3年以上同岗位工作经验,能结合行业特点开展整体市场营销工作,有一定的客户积累,团队合作精神。
•Rich experience in the organization and execution of high-end banquets.
对高端宴会的组织及执行有丰富的经验。
•Have strong management ability, judgment and decision-making ability, interpersonal communication and coordination ability, planning and execution ability.
具有较强的管理能力、判断和决策能力、人际沟通协调能力、计划与执行能力。
•Meticulous, rigorous, and strategic forward-looking thinking.
工作细致、严谨,并具有战略前瞻性思维。
