岗位职责
1、要熟知菜单、食品配方及其它方面的知识,以向客人推荐各种食品及饮料。
To be familiar with menus, food formulations and other aspects in order to recommend various foods and beverages to guests.
2、清洁并擦亮所有器皿。
Clean and polish all utensils.
3、保持餐具室内物品的齐全、干净、整洁。
Keep the pantry complete, clean and tidy.
4、添加所需的布品及操作设备。
Add the required fabric and operating equipment.
5、从仓库内领取物品。
Pick up items from the warehouse.
6、根据标准的手册来完成服务工作。
Perform service work according to standard manual.
7、根据餐厅的规定来摆放餐桌。
Set tables according to restaurant policy.
8、结束服务后,要清理所有的饭菜,并清洁桌面。
After service, clean all meals and clean the table.
9、为客人点餐。
Ordering food for guests.
