饼房主管

Responsibility
1.协助饼房厨师长负责每天饼房的运作,承担起饼房厨师长赋予的饼房的工作职责。
Responsible for Pastry & Bakery Kitchen related work and assist the Pastry Chef in the daily operation of the kitchen.
2.控制好产品的质量和数量。
Control product quality and quantity.
3.控制厨房的成本，确保厨房的有效运行。
Control the cost of the kitchen to ensure the efficient operation of the kitchen.
4.监督并保持厨房的卫生及食品安全。
Supervise and maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety.
5.负责厨房员工的培训。
Responsible for the training of kitchen staff.
岗位要求
Position Requirements
1.中专以上学历，有在星级酒店或西餐厅从事面包制作工作经验2年以上。
Technical secondary school degree or above, at least 2 years experience in hotel.
2.熟悉星级酒店厨房操作的相关知识。
Familiar with kitchen operation of hotel.
3.熟练面包制作工艺。
Familiar with bread making.
