1. With the efficient and professional service of Food & Beverage, while ensuring guests receive optimum service and beverage suggestions in accordance with the standards, policies and procedures of the hotel.

2. Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

3.Maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
