工作职责:
1.Ensures that the customer receives quality service by providing workdirection for restaurant staff.

2.Implements new standards and procedures for the restaurant as and when required.

3.Adheres to and ensures all line employees adhere to the hotel policies and procedures.

4.Handle guest complaints and keeps manager informed of relevant complaints.

5.Provides employees with the information needed to perform their job effectively

任职资格:
1.Operational execution: Proficient in executing opening and closing procedures, shift handovers, inventory checks, and ensuring hygiene and safety standards, with the ability to effectively handle customer complaints.
运营执行:熟练执行开收档、交接班、盘点及卫生安全标准,能有效处理客诉
2. Team management: Responsible for scheduling, attendance tracking, and basic training, skilled in motivating the team.
团队管理:负责排班、考勤与基础培训,善于激励团队
3.Communication and collaboration: Basic proficiency in English, with cross-departmental coordination skills with departments such as the kitchen and front desk
沟通协作:有英文基础,具备与厨房、前台等跨部门协调能力
