餐饮服务员

1. Greets customers, present menu, answer all related inquires, respond to customers' requests promptly in a polite and professional fashion, make recommendation, upsell items and inform them about new food and beverages, take orders (from serving staff or directly from customers) and record orders accurately into register system - ensuring extreme attention is paid to detail.

2. Serves food and beverages in a timely manner, and ensure food is served at the correct temperature (e.g. hot dishes are hot); work closely with related staff on matters pertaining to food and drinks service.

3. Complies with all food and beverage regulations; check identification of customers to verify they are of legal drinking age in case of queries. |!

4. Maintains a clear work and dining area by removing trash, clean tables and wash glasses, utensils and equipment keep sanitary environment at high standard

5. Ensures that the assigned work area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for serving guests.

10. Performs any other related duties as and when assigned by supervisor and Manager.

12. Completes other tasks arranged by the superior.
