1. Greets customers, presents bar menu, answers all related inquires, responds to customers' requests promptly in a polite and professional fashion, makes recommendation, upseils items and informs them about new beverages and specials, takes drink orders (from serving staff or directly from customers) and records orders accurately into register system ™ ensuring extreme attention is paid to detail

2. Serves food and beverages in a timely manner, and ensure food is served at the correct temperature (e.g. hot dishes are hot); work closely with related staff on matters pertaining to wine and cocktail service.

3. Prepares alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard menus or mix and garnish cocktails based on standard specs and serve beverages to customers.

4. Complies with all food and beverage regulations; check identification of customers to verify they are of legal drinking age in case of queries.

5. Maintains a clear work and dining area by removing trash, clean tables and wash glasses, utensils and equipment keep sanitary environment at high standard.

6. Ensures that the assigned bar area is fully equipped wKh tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests.

7. Takes inventory of liquor, wine, beer, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware and other accessories, and order supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked.

8. Prepares and serve appetisers, snacks, or other food items for customers at the bar.

9. Achieves departmental budget goals by maintaining profits through increased sales revenue and the efficient cost expenditure.

10. Enforces the CRC standardized drink recipe and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality beverage to our guests in accordance with the Bar Guide.

11. To create, maintain and periodicaily update the beverage and wine list that is representative of what the market wants in collaboration with Beverage Manager. With proper menu analysis of item performance and profit.

12. Performs any other related duties as and when assigned by Beverage Manager.

13. Complies with all relevant laws and regulations in Mainland China under any circumstances. Follow and abide by the rules and regulations of the Club and the company.
在任何情况下均须遵守中国内地所有相关法律法规，遵守并服从马会及公司的规章制度。
14. Completes other tasks arranged by the superior.
完成上级安排的其他任务。
