10. Enforces the CRC standardized drink recipe and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality beverage to our guests in accordance with the Bar Guide.

11. To create, maintain and periodicaily update the beverage and wine list that is representative of what the market wants in collaboration with Beverage Manager. With proper menu analysis of item performance and profit.

12. Performs any other related duties as and when assigned by Beverage Manager.

13. Complies with all relevant laws and regulations in Mainland China under any circumstances. Follow and abide by the rules and regulations of the Club and the company.

14. Completes other tasks arranged by the superior.
