WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
· You have HR Manager experience at an International five-star lifestyle hotel
· Proven track record and a unique personality with ‘out of the box’ mind-set
· Have a solid understanding of applicable employment and labor laws
· At least 3 years’ experience
· Excellent leadership and communications skills
· Active personality
· Proficiency in spoken and written English
· Creative personality
· A people person, outgoing and team spirit oriented

· Lead HR to meet GCPH standards
· Develop and implement the HR action Plan

· Provide effective leadership
· Deliver results, and strive to achieve other short- and long- term strategic goals
