Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1.Assist the manager in arranging employees' job assignments and scheduling, follow up to check service processes, and ensure efficient operation.
协助经理安排员工岗位分工和排班,跟进检查服务流程,确保高效运转。
2. Adhere to opening and closing procedures and specified billing procedures to ensure standardized and orderly operations.
遵守营业开始和结束程序,以及规定的结账程序,保障运营规范有序。
3.Assist in developing departmental standards and procedures to promote salesmanship, beverage creativity and profit.
协助制定部门规范和程序,以促进销售、饮品创新和利润提升。
4.Assist in conducting effective shift briefings to ensure staff are aware of VIPs, special occasions, daily specials, etc., with emphasis on upselling certain products.
协助开展有效的交接班说明会,确保员工知晓重要客人、特殊活动、每日特价等信息,重点强调特定产品推销。
