Key Responsibilities 主要职责:
1. Ensure that employees in strict accordance with the"calling guest process" for service.

2. Assist with menu and wine list creation.
协助菜单和酒水单的设计工作。
3. To arrange the employee post division of labor and scheduling, and follow up the check, ensure restaurant service process correctly and effectively.
安排员工岗位分工和排班,并跟进检查,确保餐厅服务流程正确、有效进行。
4. Deal with irregular payments.
处理异常的付款情况。
5. Monitor daily banking and cash flow reports.
监督每日备用金和流动资金报告。
