Assistant Outlet Manager-Chinese Restaurant 中餐厅副经理

岗位职责:
Under the direction of the outlet manager, and to assist the outlet manager in coordinating and managing the operation. To provide supervision of the department, operational associates, ensuring that standards and service are maintained in strict accordance with hotel policy. To continually strive to build up new customers, at the same time retain the loyalty of current guests and assist in creating innovative new promotions in order to maximize outlet profit. To be overseeing
and directing all aspects of outlet, responsible for guest service, organization and administration and managing of the
outlet to exceed guest expectation.
服从部门经理的管理，协助部门经理管理部门的正常运营，对部门运营员工进行全面的监督，确保标准和服务与酒店的管理政策严格地保持一致。持续地吸引新客人并同时保持对忠诚客人的关心，协助酒店为客人提供具有创意的想法从而使利益最大化。能够监督与引导送餐部的发展方向，并且对客人服务，部门的组织管理负责，使我们的服务超越客人的期望。
任职资格:
1. Over 3 years of related working experience, preferred on a similar position within a similar quality hotel.
3 年以上相关工作经验，有同等质量酒店相似岗位工作经验者优先考虑。
2. Good written and spoken English and Chinese preferred.
良好的中英文书写及口语能力者优先考虑。
3. Good communication skill.
良好的沟通技巧。
4. Honest, upright, Mature and reliable with positive attitude.
诚实正直，成熟可信，乐观向上。
5. Good sense of responsibility, team spirit, good execution ability.
有责任心与团队精神，执行力强。
6. Must possess good computer literate.
掌握良好计算机技能。
