Responsible for planning, directing, controlling and co-coordinating all activities of Food & Beverage personnel; for continuously improving food and beverage sales while keeping costs at a minimum; for ensuring that hotel standards of food and beverage preparation and service are maintained; for the operation, cleanliness and maintenance of food and beverage outlets. To ensure maintenance of quality standards, staff performance and customer satisfaction.

任职资格:
1. Over 10 years of related working experience, minimum 6 years of management experience, preferred on a similar position within a similar quality hotel, In-depth knowledge of the hotel/leisure/service sector.
10 年以上相关工作经验,至少 6 年管理岗位经验,有同等质量酒店相似岗位工作经验者优先考虑, 对酒店/休闲/服务行业有深入了解。
2. Excellent leadership skills and communication skills.
