• To type correspondences.
• To handle incoming calls and be able to handle general inquiries.
• Maintain a filing system and tracing of documents.
• Coordination of Direct Mail activities i.e., label printing, envelope stuffing, posting, distribution.
• Should have basic knowledge of hotel's services and facilities.
• Follow up with artist for job orders.
• Daily news clippings on hotel's happenings and happenings in the city and other hotels.
• Answer general press inquiries on hotel events and information.
• Assist in translations in news articles, letters and press releases into Chinese or vice versa.
• Any other duties assigned by the Public Relations Manager
• Keeps all Business Development Department giveaways in her custody.
