Ensure consistency in high standards in service, food and beverage quality. Oversee the daily operations of the Lobby Lounge to ensure a positive environment for both guests and fellow employees. Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards, local policies and procedures.

岗位职责
Oversee the Implementation of standards as detailed in the departmental standards and procedures manual
监督部门工作标准和程序手册中列出的各项规范的贯彻执行。
Adhere to opening and closing procedures
遵守开始营业和结束营业的程序。
Adhere to bill paying procedures
遵守规定的结账程序。
Liaise with Sales Manager during tender process to obtain new accounts; Food and Beverage specific
在竞标过程中与销售经理密切合作争取新的客户;特别是餐饮部门的客户。
Manage customer database and utilize effectively
管理顾客数据库并有效的加以使用。
Work closely with the Food and Beverage Loyalty Manager to promote Hotel Loyalty and VIP Programs
和餐饮忠诚经理密切合作推动酒店忠诚度和贵宾计划
Ensure all special requests are accommodated while abiding to hotels’ policies
在遵循酒店管理政策的前提下确保宾客的每一项特殊要求得到实现
Familiarize with reservations of the day; Identity any special occasions, VIPs or repeat guests
熟知每日预订,能够鉴别任何特殊活动、贵宾和常客
Communicate to his/her superior any issues encountered, guest comments and other relevant information
及时向直属上级沟通任何遇到的问题,宾客的反馈和相关信息
Works with Superior on manpower planning and management needs
和上级领导一起进行人力规划和管理需求。
Works with Superior in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget
和上级领导一起编制和管理部门预算。
Conduct effective shift briefings ensuring all staff are aware of VIPs, special occasions, daily specials; emphasis on upselling certain products; etc
有效的进行交接班说明会,确保所有员工了解重要客人,特殊活动,每日特价,重点是推销某些产品等。
Encourage and motivate staff to provide optimum service during all shifts
激励在岗员工为客人提供卓越的服务。
Handle sensitive issues with employees and/or guests with tact, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
解决并跟进在活动或宴会中发生的与宾客相关的纠纷。在遵守酒店政策的前提下以专业的态度完满解决纷争
are recommendations and guest comments to Chef and Food and Beverage Manager to reflect current customer profile
与厨师和餐饮经理交流意见和客人的建议从而反应当前客人的情况。
Train and guide wait staff on service skills and Standard Operating Procedures
在服务技巧和标准化操作流程上培训及指导服务员
Ensure safe handling, use and storage of all equipment by training staff on proper handling procedure. Report all breakage to the Chief Steward.
按正确操作流程培训员工从而确保正确处理、使用和存储餐厅设备。如有破损及时向管事部经理报告
Manage special event concepts
特别活动的概念管理工作。
Restaurant or Bar Revenue Target

Maintain detailed knowledge of menu, including daily specials

Learn all current hotel activities

Matters pertaining to Restaurant & Bar Operations

Create positive publicity opportunities

Up-sell property facilities
推销酒店的设施。
Ensure all store rooms and linen rooms are in a neat and clean manner at all times.

Actively pursue cost saving measures

Recycle wherever possible

Manage wage and beverage cost
管理工资和饮料成本。
Ensure up selling or other profit maximization strategies implemented by upper management are carried out during shifts
确保当班过程中始终执行管理层在增加销售和利润最大化营销手段上的策略
Minimize wastage on food and beverage by close monitoring and enforcing standard operating procedures
通过严密监测和严格执行标准化操作流程以最大限度降低食物和酒水的浪费
Maximize the utilization of labour by assigning tasks to fellow employees during downtime

Prepare daily banking and cash flow reports
