工作职责：

• Greet and see off all guests with enthusiasm, friendliness and sincere smiles.

• Assist front desk staff when there are no guests in the swimming pool area.
当游泳池区域没有客人时协助前台员工工作。
• Assist and explain the usage methods of fitness center equipment.

• Ensure sufficient mineral water and towels for guests.
确保客用矿泉水及毛巾准备充足。
• Ensure audio－visual equipment is well－preserved and in normal working condition.
确保视听设备保存完好及能正常使用。
• Check and ensure all inventories and supplies are sufficient, such as towels and drinking water.
检查与确所有保库存及用品准备充足，如毛巾和饮用水。
• Stay vigilant and responsible for the personal safety of guests in the swimming pool area at all times.
随时警惕和负责游泳池区域内客人的人身安全。
• Ensure the safety of all guests when using fitness equipment.
确保所有客人在使用健身设备时的安全。
• Keep swimming pool equipment neatly arranged; maintain the cleanliness of the swimming pool area, dispose of garbage into trash cans; use correct and safe techniques to ensure all activities and work are carried out in a safe environment.
游泳池的设备摆放整齐；保持游泳池区域干净，将垃圾投放到垃圾桶内；运用正确安全的技术确保所有的活动及工作在安全的环境中进行。
• Test water pressure and chlorine content, and report to the Assistant Fitness Center Manager in a timely manner.
检测水压及氯气含量，及时向健身中心副经理报告。
• Take the initiative to introduce membership cards of the spa and fitness center to guests.
主动向客人介绍水疗中心和健身中心的会员卡。
• Identify faulty equipment and follow up on maintenance matters.
注意出故障的设备并跟进其维修事宜。
任职资格：
1.Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect and analyze accurate information and resolve conflicts.
擅长于处理宾客关系，能快速有效的应对各种问题。
2.Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
能在强压下胜任工作。
3.Minimum 2 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
至少两年的工作经验或相关技能的学习。
4.Holds Life Guard Certificate.
具有救生员证。
