MAJORRESPONSIBILIES 責任概要 :
To assist the Restaurant Manager in the day to dayoperations of the restaurant in such a manner as to maximize revenues andminimize costs with particular attention to complete guest satisfaction,associate welfare, and profit margins.
协助餐厅经理完成餐厅的日常运作,秉持收益最大化,支出最小化的工作态度。满足顾客的需求,处理员工福利事宜,和完成利润指标。
SPECIFICDUTIES 工作任務 :
OPERATIONS操作
1. Assistin the preparation of the yearly department budget by using history &forecasting techniques to develop an aggressive budget that reflects theachievable capabilities.
利用以往的经验和对未来的预测,协助经理准备部门的年预算报告,并发展一个具有可实现性的预算目标。
2. Assistin accurately forecasting business demands to ensure efficient staffing &food production.
准确的预测未来的商业需求,保证充足的人员配备和食品。
3. Ensurethe awareness & enforcement of all Marriott S.O.P.’s & PropertyL.S.O.P.’s.
熟知并执行所有万豪标准操作程序和当地酒店标准操作程序。
4. Enforceoperational Standards that are periodically reviewed & updated.
执行公司的规章制度,并定期回顾和加以革新。
5. Beresponsible for maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards at alltimes.
保证部门的安全性,保持卫生设施的标准。
6. EnforceMarriott’s 49-point sanitation checklist by having all outletsinspected on a monthly basis.
执行万豪酒店的49点卫生标准,每月对所有的部门进行卫生检查。
7. Beresponsible for asset management of all outlet property and facilities.
负责所有部门的物品和设施的财产管理。
8. Conducta preventative maintenance inspection on a monthly basis.
每月对所有部门进行卫生清洁维护的检查。
9. EnforceMarriott’s Principles of Hospitality at all times.
遵守万豪酒店的员工行为准则。
10. Aboveall, to lead by example through a “hands on” approach to motivate ourassociates to excel.

HUMAN RESOURCES人力资源
1. Assistin the development and implementation of management training plans forsubordinate managers and supervisors on a quarterly basis in conjunction withHR.
以每季度为基准,与人事部门主管联系,辅助其开展和实施部门经理和管理人员的管理培训计划。
2. Conducta departmental daily “15 Minute” training program.
每日进行15分钟的职业培训课程。
3. Assistin the execution of all associate performance reviews in a professional andtimely manner.
从专业的角度,及时的协助完成员工的工作表现评定工作。
4. Assistin all aspects of associate management including hiring, discipline inconjunction with the Restaurant Manager.
与餐厅经理沟通,协助完成员工的管理工作,包括:雇佣,处罚等事项。
5. Assistin conducting an effective monthly associate meeting with minutes and P&Aforwarded to the GM, DFB and HR.
每月协助开一个简单有效的员工会议,并上报给总经理,餐饮部和人事部。
6. Beresponsible for the completion of the attendance progress report on a weeklybasis.
每周做出考勤进度报告。
7. Practice“open door” policy to all associates.
实行对每位员工“敞开大门”的政策。
ADMINISTRATIVE行政
1. Prepareefficient schedules for management and associates.
准备合理的管理计划和员工安排计划。
2. Beresponsible for all accounting and billing procedures in the outlets.
负责部门的财务和支出费用。
3. Beresponsible for the accurate supervision of the associate time control andpayroll systems by working with Accounting and HR.
与财务和人力资源主管协作,共同负责员工的工作时间和工资系统的管理。
4. Assistin planning outside associates’ activity to promote teamwork.
协助安排在外部工作员工的活动事项,促进团队合作。
5. Promotepositive inter-departmental relations through candid communication andcooperation.
各部门之间彼此坦诚沟通和合作,构建良好的部门关系。
6. Respondto guest inquiries or concerns within 24 hours in what is deemed theappropriate manner.
24小时内答复和解决顾客的问题和忧虑,此时断为最佳的处理时机。
7. Performany reasonable request made of management which is not life threatening oragainst the law.
在不涉及生命威胁,不违反法律的情况下,可以相应的执行能改善管理的合理要求。
MARKETING市场
1. Be aware of all MarriottGuest Incentive programs and the correct accounting procedures pertaining tothem.
知道所有万豪客户激励项目并了解相关的顾客结账方式。
2. Assistin the development & execution of marketing plans for the outlet.
协助开展和完成该部门做出的市场计划。
3. Beaware of competitors in the market & assist in a competition analysis on aquarterly basis.
了解市场中的竞争对手,并协助上级部门完成每季度的竞争对手分析数据。

l Minimum of two years of restaurant operations management experience
