effectively and efficiently. Confirm every piece of business possible as a
result of focus selling and follow-up.

Responsible for marketing plan,
department Communication plan and monthly business forecast
负责制定推广计划,部门沟通计划和每月销售预测。
·
Manage Room sales and Catering sales to
maximize room and banquet revenue and meet business plan goals and objectives.
管理客房销售和餐饮销售,以最大限度地创造客房和宴会的收入以达到计划中的商业目标。
·
Coordinate recommend short- and long-term strategies and develop
plans of action to facilitate timely achievement of established goals.
建议短期和长期的战略和发展的行动计划,以便及时实现既定目标。
·
Make frequent business forecast and
distribute to concerning departments for better planning and preparation.
制定频繁的销售预测并分发至相关部门以便提前计划和筹备。

Ensure significant data for department
is tracked and reported accurately to support administration of the Sales and
Marketing function

Review and coordinate incentive plan
for team (with approval from FC, GM and area offices).

Responsible for dissemination accurate
data of business related to other departments.

Maintain close co-ordination with
respective departments on customers’ requirements.

Constant customer contact directed

Represents the Hotel and participates
in domestic and international sales activities.
代表酒店参与国内国际的销售活动。

Assists in the planning and development
of marketing strategies and promotion plans
协助计划和制作市场销售策略和计划。

Supervises and responsible for the
implementation of the Sales and Marketing plan.
监督并负责市场销售计划的执行。
·
Develop new products and services.

Evaluates result of sales and marketing
programs and strategies.

·
To improve the protection of contract
and proposal, assign accounts fairly and clearly to avoid confusion
完善报价书和合同并提高其保护性,公平明确地划分客户以避免混淆不清。
·
Monitor progress of all pending
business accounts / program and identifies deficiencies, determine and
implements appropriate and timely corrective action to rectify problems before
it gets out of hand.
监督工作进度中所有悬而未决的项目,确定其不足之处并及时采取纠正行动,以便及时解决问题。
·
Responsible and obliged for regulatory
assets. After leaving, the consequences will be borne if the asset issue
is found to have been caused by
improper management after the reviewing of the asset.
有监管部门资产的责任和义务,在离职后,若在资产复盘后发现由管理不当引起的资产问题,将由本人负责。
·
Follow and complete the work that is
arranged by supervisor. perform other duties as assigned by superior.
按照上级领导的工作安排,完成工作,履行上级分派的其它职责。
