§ 根据凯悦会议宴会标准回答所有电话询问、处理电邮询问、制作提案和合同、主持酒店参观活动、策划会议宴会、创建会议宴会确认单、执行并跟踪会议宴会。
To follow all HyattEvents Standards for answering phone enquiries, handling email enquiries,preparing proposals and contracts, conducting Hotel Tours, planning Events,creating Event Confirmations, Event execution and Event follow-up.
§ 充分、正确地使用Delphi。
To fully andcorrectly use Delphi .
§ 根据凯悦的政策和程序维护酒店全部销售协议、合同和报价的完整记录。
To maintain completerecords of all sales agreements, contracts and quotes for the hotel as perHyatt’s Policies & Procedures.
§ 与会议宴会销售团队一起，负责将所有电话询价转变成直接收入。
Together with yourEvent Sales Team, to be primarily responsible for converting all incomingleads.
§ 回答所有来电询问，并在收到电子邮件的两小时内确认该电邮询问。
To answer incomingtelephone enquiries and acknowledge emailed enquiries within two hours ofreceipt
§ 如果需要，处理紧急的电话询价，转换为会议宴会当天的直接收入。
Where required, tohandle last minute leads from enquiry to conversion to the day of the event.
§ 实施电话销售活动，以发现新的商业机会。
To undertaketelemarketing activities to identify new business opportunities where required.
§ 在将会议宴会电话询价转换为直接收入方面，遵守相关凯悦标准。
To follow the HyattStandards in relation to the conversion of Event leads.
§ 始终履行凯悦品牌承诺，提供优越的客户服务。
To deliver the brandpromise and provide exceptional client service at all times.
§ 为其它部门的内部客人提供礼貌而专业的服务。
To provide courteousand professional service to our internal customers in other departments.
§ 在会议宴会销售团队与客人签订合同并收取定金之后，与会议宴会策划团队一起主要负责策划和执行会议宴会。
Together with yourEvent Planning Team, to be primarily responsible for planning and executingevents after the Event Sales Team have received a signed contract and depositfrom the client.
