Position Summary职位概述：
·To maintain the fixed asset and HOE sub-ledger.
管理酒店固定资产及低值易耗品的账目。
Essential Duties and Responsibilities –(Key Activities of the role).
主要职责﹣(职务的主要工作)。
·To organize and conduct fixed asset & HOE management according fixed asset policy. Ensure the policy has been followed and adhere.
根据固定资产的规章制度，有效地组织及管理酒店的固定资产及低值易耗品，确保所有的程序都是按照规章制度进行的。
·To monitor the ordering, purchasing, receiving, storing and issuing functions. To evaluate maximum and minimum stocks and have effective stocks.
监控定购、采购、收货、储存和分发事务。估计最大和最小库存量，确定有效库存量。
·To carry out spot checks.
执行现场抽查。
·To maintain Hotel Fixed Assets’ register record in the accounting system.
录入酒店固定资产清单。
·Responsibilities of Fixed Asset tabbing by departments.
负责酒店固定资产根据部门的贴标。
·Stock take of Production Inventories on an annual basis or as required.
每年或在需要时对生产存货进行盘点。
·To ensure Fixed Assets’ physical count result is consisted with fixed assets’ the accounting book record.
确保酒店固定资产盘存数目与账面相符。
·To follow up other tasks which assigned by superior.
完成公司领导交办的其他工作。
