MAJOR FUNCTIONS责任概要 :
Manage the assigned account base and solicit new businesses aim to generate revenue through servicing the customers using the Marriott Sales Process.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 主要职责 :
Conduct sales activities and service customers including meeting with customers, handling customer enquires, preparing business proposals and maintaining a good database and keeping record of all customer contacts, sales calls and business deals.
进行销售活动和客户服务,包括与客户见面,处理客户咨询,准备商务计划书,保存客户资料,记录所有与客户的联系,销售拜访和商务活动。
SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务 :
1. Conduct Sales Activities进行销售活动
a. Meet with customers regularly, handling proactive sales calls and reactive sales leads.
经常与客户见面,进行主动的销售拜访和团队销售。
b. Set up personal plans for sales activities including number of calls, call objectives and what accounts to call on.
为销售活动建立个人计划,包括拜访数量,拜访目的以及拜访客户。
c. Ensure all enquires are handled promptly and efficiently.
确保适当有效及时的处理所有咨询。
d. Meet with in-house guests to build relationship and to obtain guest comments.
与住店的客户见面以建立关系并且得到客人的评价。
e. Meet with key banquet customers to build relationship.
与主要宴会客户见面并建立友好关系。
f. Be proactive in obtaining sales leads from various sources such as newspaper, internet, TV etc.
主动从各种资源例如报纸,网络和电视上取得团队。
g. Actively share information on guest comments, both positive and negative.
积极的与整个团队分享客户反馈的正面和负面的评论。
h. Assist in organizing and participate in all customer events.
协助组织和参与所有客户的重要会议活动。
2. Account Management客户管理
a. To input information related to all accounts into Opera S&C.
把所有与客户相关的信息输入销售和宴会系统。
b. Manage the Opera S&C database and ensure all information in the system is up to date.
管理销售和宴会系统的数据资料,确保系统里的所有资料及时更新。
c. Responsible for setting up plans and actions for each account.
负责对所有签协议的客户制定计划和行动。
d. Participate in account review and account audit to ensure that all relevant information is obtained for each of the accounts.
参与客户回顾和查核,确保取得每个客户的所有相关资料。
