RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
1. Assist Learning & Development Manager to
identify training needs in order to meet the current business needs of the
hotel.
协助学习与发展经理确定培训需求,以满足酒店当前业务的需要。
2. Participant in formulating, revising and updating
the monthly, quarterly and annual training plans and calendar to meet both
short and long term learning and organizational development needs of the hotel.
参与制定、修改和更新月度、季度及年度培训计划和日程安排,以满足酒店短
期和长期学习与组织发展的需要。
3. Coordinate in-house training programs such
as FIRST60 Certificate, English Training, HEARTFELT training program and any
other training courses to ensure all learning and development activities are
well organized and run smoothly.
协调内部培训项目,如入职培训、英语培训、倾心服务培训课程和所有其他培训课程,以确保一切学习与发展活动的顺利组织和开展。
4. Translate training materials.
翻译培训资料。
5. Prepare training materials.
准备培训材料。
6. Maintain the quality of training notice
board with updated training information.
管理培训海报栏,保证其内容新颖。
7. Participate in conducting FIRST60 Certificate
program to new recruits.
参与新员工入职培训。
8. Conduct English training courses as
requested.
根据培训需求开展英语培训。
9. Sit-in department training sessions and give
feedback to Learning & Development Manager.
旁听部门培训并提供学习与发展经理反馈意见。
11. Coordinate the reimbursement of education
subsidy for colleagues concerned.
协调相关员工的教育补贴报销。
12. Maintain the Departmental Trainer Award
System.
维护优秀部门培训员奖励系统。
13. Maintain attendance records and other
documentation related to Learning and Development efforts.
维护学习与发展活动有关的考勤记录和其他文件。
14. Prepare training certificate and arrange
certificate distribution.
准备培训证书并安排其发放。
15. Prepare training reports.
编写培训报告。
16. Arrange the Departmental Trainer Gathering on
a monthly basis.
每月安排部门培训员分享会。
18. Prepare all related documents for Cross
Exposure Programs (in-bound & out-bound).
准备所有交叉培训计划的相关文件(包括接收和送出)
19. Maintain and update the inventory of all
training and development resources.
维护和更新所有培训发展资源。
20. Set up Training Room according to
requirements.
根据需要布置培训教室。
21. Ensure the condition of Training Room and
related facilities.
确保培训教室及相关设施的良好使用状态。
22. Perform other duties assigned by the
management.
履行管理层安排的其他工作职责。
