任职资格：
Qualification:
1、工程相关专业 Graduation from engineering related professional
2、具有机电维修，维护和锅炉维护知识和技能 Familiar with the knowledge
and skills of mechanical and electrical repairs&maintenance,boiler
maintenance
3、熟练使用办公软件及相关工程软件 Skilled in the use of
office automation equipment and related engineering software
4、至少3年相关行业工作经验，具备国际连锁酒店工作经验优先 At least 3 years relevant
working experience , work experience with international hotel chains
5、有良好的职业操守 Good Character and Ethics
6、严格遵守国家法律法规，执行企业各种规章制度Strictly obey the relevant
laws and regulations, executive internal
policy implement
7、出色的人际交往能力，有效组织能力与领导力，识别与解决问题能力Excellent interpersonal skills，Organizing and leadership
skills，Identification and problem-solving skills
