销售副总监/高级销售经理（旅行社/公司）Associate Director of Sales/Senior Sales Manager

主要职责
Main Duties
1.协助落实与达成酒店销售策略 (目标，战术和行动) ，超越客房，餐饮, 和所有的其他部门的预测收入。
To assist in the implementation of the hotel’s Sales Strategy (goals, tactics and actions) to achieve and exceed forecasted revenue figures in Rooms, Food and Beverage, and all other revenue departments.
2.确定酒店进行的销售活动与企业行销策略一致, 在适宜的地方开展酒店行销活动。
To ensures that the Sales activities are aligned with the Corporate Marketing Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.
3.在销售部总监缺席期间担负销售部的职责。
To represents the Sales function in the absence of the Director of Sales.
4.协助准备和更新部门的操作手册和指南等。
To assist in the preparation and update of the Departmental Operations Manuals.
5.参加常规的部门沟通会议，并且确保起到有效地执行和引导的作用。
To attend regular departmental communications meetings and ensure that departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.
6.确保销售文件和系统预约信息的正确性，包括团体房间和会议的历史信息资料，合同，房态分析，信用和付款证明文件, 等等
To ensure sales files and systems to have correct booking procedures, including group room and meeting programme history, contractual agreements, room block analysis, credit and payment documents, etc.
7.协助准备销售部的年度营业计划。
To assist with the preparation of the annual sales plan.
8.协助所有的销售策略，战术和行动的落实，遵从销售锦囊方式, 创造一个强大的而且训练有素的销售团队, 从而完成销售目标。
To assist all the sales strategy, tactics, and action implementations, complying with the Smart
Selling approaches, in order to create a strong and disciplined sales team, and to achieve the sales goal.
任职资格：
Qualification:
1.优秀的中文及流利的英文书写与口头表达能力，良好的交流及沟通能力，独立工作与在压力下工作的能力。
Excellent Chinese and Fluent in written and verbal English.
Good interpersonal & communicative skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure
2.在国际连锁饭店集团担任类似的工作岗位，具有3-5年的经验。
Min 3-5 years experience in similar capacity with international Chain hotels.
3.在责任范围内掌握领导才能和所有工作任务知识
4.对本地市场及国际市场有基本的了解
Knowledge of local & international market.
