透彻了解凯悦国际对成本审计的目标，以协助主管建立一个有效的审计系统，对物料管理部门的活动进行审计；协助各部门经理，提供他们所需要的成本数据，以便他们更好地对其营运部门进行管理，实现利润最大化；对后场的活动进行审计，比如：物料管理和中央厨房；对餐饮部各个外场的每日营运进行审计；透彻了解物料部的运作，如：收货，采购，发货，入库和中央厨房；全面掌握内部控制程序。
Understands thoroughly Hyatt International objectives in Cost Audit as to provide an effective auditing system for the activities of the Materials Management division. Provides Department Heads with the cost figures necessary for them to operate their individual profit centre profitably. Audits back-of-house functions; namely, materials management and the commissary kitchen. Audits the day-to-day operation of all Food & Beverage outlets. Fully conversant with operation of the Materials Department, i.e. receiving, purchasing, issuing, storing and commissary kitchen. Fully familiar with internal control procedures.
最好拥有财务、商业或酒店/旅游管理的本科或专科学历；至少三年大型机构的成本控制相关经验；必须具有良好的解决问题、行政管理和人际交往能力。
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce or Hospitality/Tourism management. Minimum 3 years cost control related work experience in larger operation. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
