Primary Responsibilities
● Identify revenue optimization opportunities at franchise hotels and provide suggestions to hotel General Managers
● Guide franchise hotels on effective channels management including direct web and or third-party channels at hotels
● Conduct hotel reviews and audits to ensure franchise hotels are operating according to Accor standards
● Partner with the operations team to oversee the implementation and execution of Accor commercial programs and standards, including Best Rate Guarantee Policy
● Review the hotels’ operating process and system setup to optimize reservation fees from Franchise hotels
● Provide recommendations to Franchise hotels on how to leverage the Accor Sales and Marketing tools and training
● Oversee new franchise hotel openings
● Manage the hotel compliance of Accor’s defined Loyalty Operating Standards to ensure Loyalty Fees are optimized at all Franchise hotels
● Participate in the corporate budgeting and rolling forecasting progress of franchise hotels
Knowledge and Experience
● Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
● Min. 5 years of experience in hotel industry
● Language Requirement: Fluent in Mandarin and English(verbal and written) is a must.
● Good interpersonal and team working skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
● Strong understanding of market influences and impacts on supply and demand
● Excellent data analysis capability
● Power Point design, good presentation and influencing skills
● Flexible, able to embrace and respond to change effectively
● Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds
● Ability to work independently with strong initiative in a dynamic environment
● Self-motivated and enthusiastic
