Administration
确保始终高效、精确地保存文本文件和电子文件。
Ensuresthat an efficient and accurate filing system, both manually as well aselectronically is maintained at all times.
完整保存酒店所有销售协议、合同和报价单。
Maintainscomplete and supported records of all Sales Agreements, Contracts andQuotations for the hotel.
建立有效的文档跟踪系统,保证可跟踪查找所有预订交易信息。
Establishesan efficient trace File to ensure that all business booked is properly tracked.
协助整理和编制销售报告。
Assistsin consolidating and preparing Sales report.
二、客户服务
Customer Service
根据业务需要协助宾客服务员履行相关职责。
Assistswith Host duties as requested and required due to operational needs
必要时,热情招待来酒店实地考察的客人。
Entertainsand conducts hotel inspections to clients whenever required.
与确定客户建立和维持稳固的关系。
Establishesand maintains strong relationship with the established clientele.
与宾客服务部门密切合作,确保满足宾客的要求和期望。
Liaisesand works closely with the Guest Services Department ensuring guest's requestsand expectations are being met.
通过礼貌有效的方式处理宾客和同事的投诉和要求。如果不能及时解决,要对投诉或问题进行汇报,并寻求迅速反馈。
Handlesguest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reportingcomplaints or problems. If no immediatesolution can be found, to ensure that the necessary follow-up is conducted in atimely manner.
与客人及同事建立积极的交流互动并保持良好的工作关系。
Maintainspositive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
处理所有商务和旅游团队接待事宜,提供优质的服务达到会议组织者和参加会议客人的要求。
Handles all business andleisure groups and provides excellent services to meeting planner and meetingguests.
三、营销
Marketing
协助进行大范围的竞争对手调研工作,熟知酒店的产品知识。
Assiststo conduct extensive competitor research and maintains excellent ProductKnowledge of the Hotel.
了解可能影响酒店财务业绩的团体、业务、政治和社会因素。
Beaware of community, business, political and social factors that may affect thehotel’s financial performance.
四、运营
Operational
确保在记录和电子数据库中对所管辖的公司客户相关信息进行定期更新。
Ensuresthat the relevant information of all allocated Accounts is being updatedregularly in the record or electronic database system.
回复电话询问,确保所回复信息的及时性和精确性。
Respondsto all telephone calls or inquiries, ensures information/ messages areaccurately received and relayed.
积极跟进销售需求。
Activelyfollows up sales leads.
准备报价单,并在网站上及时更新。
Preparesquotes and updates online web sites with on time information.
及时编制和分发每周/月度报告。
Prepares,compiles and distributes the weekly/ monthly reports in a timely manner.
确保正确保存活动/事件记录薄。
Ensuresthe activities/events log book is being accurately maintained.
编辑市场调研和竞争对手调研报告。
Compilationof Market Surveys and Competitor Researches report.
必要时,向客户分发酒店资料。
Distributionof relevant hotel information to clients when required.
按照销售总监编制的计划进行销售拜访。
Conductsregular sales calls per schedule prepared by the Director of Sales.
与确定客户维持良好的关系,并在必要时提供所有协助。
Maintainsgood relationship with the established clientele and provides all necessaryassistance when required.
准备宴会单,并及时将其分发给相关部门。
Preparesand ensures all Events Orders are distributed to concerned department on atimely manner.
确保完成或超越销售总监规定的房间月度和年度销售目标。
Ensures to achieve orexceed the monthly and yearly target of room sales assigned by DOS.
确保所提供的服务总是符合操作手册中规定的最高效率、一致性和礼貌的标准。
Ensuresservices provided are always carried out according to defined standards withthe utmost efficiency, consistency and courtesy as detailed in the OperationManual.
完全了解酒店的设施、特点和服务。
Maintainsa detailed knowledge of hotel facilities, features and services.
五、人事
Personnel
支持和实施“人本品牌”的战略,展示和加强凯悦的价值观和文化特性。
Supportsthe implementation of The People Brand, demonstrating and reinforcing Hyatt’sValues and Culture Characteristics.
协助销售总监为相关人员计划和实施有效的培训。
Assists DOS to planand implement effective training programmes to other related employees.
六、其它职责
Other Duties
按要求积极参加所有培训课程和会议。
Attendsand contributes to all training sessions and meetings as required.
在入职90天内完成冠军培训和进修活动,必要时进行审查。
Completes First Place Training and Learning Activitieswithin first 90 days and review as needed.
定期参加辅导冠军团队课程。
Attends Coaching First Place Team session on aregular basis.
实施职责范围内的行为,时刻以积极的姿态展现酒店管理团队和凯悦国际集团。
Exercisesresponsible behaviour at all times and positively representing the hotel teamand Hyatt International.
与竞争对手、商业伙伴和其它机构保持稳固、专业的联系,特别是旅行社、当地企业集团和航空公司。
Maintains strong, professional relationship withrelevant representatives from competitor hotels, business partners and other organisations, especially travel agencies, localbusiness groups and airlines.
阅读酒店的员工手册,了解并遵守酒店的规章制度,特别是那些与计算机资源、消防、卫生、健康和安全有关的政策和制度。
Readsthe hotel's Employee Handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to thehotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and proceduresrelating to computer resources, fire, hygiene, health and safety.
保证个人仪容仪表达到高标准要求。
Ensureshigh standards of personal presentation and grooming.
确保因行业、公司和酒店对销售部职能变更指示得以支持和响应。
Responds to changes in the Sales and Marketingfunction as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
履行所规定的其它合理的职责和责任。
Carries out any other reasonable duties andresponsibilities as assigned.
