岗位描述：按照年度市场销售计划管理销售工作和活动，完成并超越酒店的预算和销售战略目标。

Job Knowledge/Skill/Experience ：
1.2 years of relevant experience or similar supervisory role（Banquet）
2. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
