岗位描述：
对酒店和所有设备的有效运行负责，辅助维护和维修服务及保护业主的资产。酒店建筑方面及地面和外部设施的维养也包括在工作职责范围内。
管理保安部的职能，为酒店的客人和员工提供安全的环境。遵守地方职业卫生与安全(OSHA)有关规定，应急措施，或其它适用的规定，以及品牌规范和地方规章制度。
Chief Engineer
Job Knowledge/Skill/Experience ：
3 years of engineering experience with 1 year in a management capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Description:
Responsible for the efficient operation of the hotel property and all its equipment, ancillary maintenance and repair services and protection of the Owner’s asset. Structural aspects of the hotel as well as the maintenance of grounds and external facilities all fall within the span of responsibility.
Manage the Security function to provide a safe and secure hotel environment for our guests and employees. Adhere to local regulations concerning OSHA, hotel emergency procedures, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
