职位描述
• Under the general guidance and supervision of the Sales Manager, implements all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in his / her specific area of responsibility.
在宴会及会议销售经理的带领下,进行各种销售活动,负责各自领域商业机会的最大化。
• Responsible for managing the accounts or area of coverage assigned to him or her which includes making regular calls to assigned account, developing new accounts, negotiating contracts and maintaining good relations with actual clients in order to meet and exceed the targets set and the overall hotel budget. To take part in all sales-related activities and effectively sell all aspects of the hotel.
有效管理自己的客户并与其保持良好紧密的合作关系,定期进行客户拜访,发展新客户,签订合同,完成并超出酒店预算。参与到与销售有关的活动,对酒店产品进行有效的销售。
• Handle accounts/prospects.
处理有关客户/潜在客户的事务
• Solicit business according to established parameters.
根据已建立的参数联系生意
• Assist in implementing & processing direct mail campaigns.
协助推行及处理直销函件活动。
• Develop new and maintain existing business accounts through the preparation and execution go action plans.
通过准备和实行活动计划建立新客户和维持现有的生意客户
• Entertain clients.
宴请客户
• Look after VIP guest in house
关注酒店内的VIP客人
• Determine and recommend prospective clients by analyzing historical and other statistical information
通过分析历史和其它统计数据信息决定和推荐潜在的客户
• Conduct familiarization tour and site inspections.
带领客户参观酒店,以便其熟悉酒店的各项设备设施
• Sell all facets of the Hotel
对酒店进行全方位的销售
• Maintain a regular pattern of sales calls, meeting with principals of target market
维持销售拜访的常规模式,达到目标市场的准则
• Prepare client call analysis reports
准备销售拜访分析报告
