岗位职责:
1、策划并执行线上线下销售活动,拓展OTA平台、旅行社及所有销售渠道
1. Design and execute online/offline sales campaigns to expand OTA platforms, travel agencies, and all distribution channels;
2、提升客户粘性与复购率;
2. Enhance customer retention and repurchase rates;
3、完成公司下达的销售指标;
3. Achieve assigned sales targets;
4、维护并拓展协议公司客户。
4. Maintain and expand corporate accounts.
任职要求:
1. 3年以上高端酒店销售经验,有长沙本地经验者优先;
1. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in luxury hotels; Changsha local experience preferred;
2. 有外省销售经验或跨区域资源者优先;
2. Sales experience in other provinces or cross-regional resources preferred;
3. 有国际连锁酒店品牌工作经验者优先;
3. International hotel brand experience preferred;
4. 具备OTA平台对接及旅行社资源者优先;
4. OTA platform and travel agency connections preferred;
5. 大专及以上学历,酒店管理或市场营销专业优先;
5. Associate degree or above; Hospitality or Marketing major preferred;
6. 抗压能力强,具备良好的沟通及谈判能力。
6. Strong ability to work under pressure; excellent communication and negotiation skills.
