职位描述
【岗位职责】
1. 负责艺龙酒店科技旗下美豪系列、艺龙系列、万达酒店等品牌加盟业务拓展;
2、负责开拓渠道,负责寻找适合公司酒店经营的租赁物业和连锁酒店的意向投资者;
3、负责对项目进行市场调研,投资分析,全方位进行评估,出具评估报告;
4、负责与意向加盟商的商务谈判,对其进行加盟模式、政策、公司经营理念等方面的宣传,负责整个加盟店项目的签约工作以及加盟后期协助筹建运营;
6、积极主动收集竞争对手信息,行业动态信息并形成对公司发展有建设性的建议提交上级领导;
7、完成上级交办的其他发展部工作。
岗位要求
1、大专学历以上,有2年以上酒店行业开发工作经验背景;
2、具备与海外客户直接沟通的口语能力,确保信息准确传递;
3、拥有丰富客户信息或中高端酒店品牌成功签约经验优先;
4、性格开朗、抗压力、责任心强;
5、可适应常驻海外,形象气质良好。
主要工作国家:马来西亚、哈萨克斯坦、乌兹别克斯坦。
Job Responsibilities:
1.Brand Expansion: Drive the franchise business development for Qicheng Feiteng Hotel Management Co., Ltd.Company’s hotel brands (including Mehood lesite Hotel,Elong series,Wanda Hotel).
2.Channel Development: Scout and secure leased properties suitable for hotel operations and identify potential investors for hotel chains.
3.Project Evaluation: Conduct market research, financial investment analysis, and comprehensive evaluations to produce project assessment reports.
4.Commercial Negotiation: Lead business talks with prospective franchisees, promote franchise models, corporate policies, and company philosophies, and finalize project contracts.
5.Post-Sign Support: Assist with the initial setup and operational preparation during the post-signing phase.
6.Market Intelligence: Proactively gather competitor data and industry trends to provide constructive strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
7. Ad-hoc Duties: Complete other development department tasks assigned by line managers.
Job Requirements:
1.Education & Experience: Diploma/Degree holder with at least 2 years of business development experience in the hotel industry.
2.Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English for international business.
3.Proven Track Record: Candidates with a rich network of client resources or successful signing experience with mid-to-high-end hotel brands will be highly prioritized.
4.Soft Skills: Outgoing personality, strong stress resilience, and a high sense of responsibility.
5.Mobility & Demeanor: Fully flexible to relocate overseas for business opportunities, maintaining a highly professional presentation and demeanor.
Geographic Focus: Malaysia, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan
