・Perform preparation, cooking, plating, and storage of the following dishes: appetizers, side dishes, salads, and sandwiches

・Establish and maintain good working relationships with staff

・Attend and participate in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled

・Prepare food, beverages, materials, and equipment required for service in advance

・Clean and organize the work area

・Implement hotel and departmental rules, policies, and procedures, including but not limited to: hotel rules and regulations, health and safety, grooming and appearance, quality, hygiene and cleanliness

・Collaborate with superiors in manpower planning and management requirements

・In addition to the main job duties required for this position, due to the operational model of Even Hotels, employees in this position shall perform multi-skilled work functions

・Guest Experience: Respond properly to guest complaints, report suggestions for process improvement, and ensure genuine guest satisfaction

・Regularly seek feedback from guests and fulfill their special needs and requirements based on the feedback

・Understand information related to the Even brand and the hotel industry, and master knowledge and concepts of healthy living and balanced nutrition to better provide services that meet the brand requirements of Even Hotels
