1. Fully responsible for the research and development, production, and quality management of bakery products, ensuring that bread, pastries, chocolate, and other products meet quality standards and innovation requirements.

2.Establish and improve the production process and quality management system of the bakery, continuously optimize operational standards and product stability.
建立并完善饼房生产流程与质量管理体系,持续优化操作规范与出品稳定性。
3.Responsible for the daily management, skill training, and performance evaluation of the bakery team, improving the team‘s professional quality and work efficiency.
负责饼房团队的日常管理、技能培训与绩效评估,提升团队专业素质与工作效率。
4.Control food and labor costs, optimize inventory management, and achieve cost-effectiveness optimization.
控制食材成本与人力成本,优化库存管理,实现成本效益优化。
5.Strictly implement the food safety and hygiene management system to ensure that the production environment and operating procedures comply with standards (such as FSMS).
严格执行食品安全与卫生管理制度,确保生产环境与操作流程符合标准(如FSMS)。
6.Develop production plans based on business needs, coordinate with various catering departments to ensure product supply and service coordination.
根据业务需求制定生产计划,协调餐饮各部门确保产品供应与服务协同。
7.Responsible for the maintenance and management of bakery equipment, ensuring the normal operation and reasonable use of production equipment.
