1.Is the unique contact for "Meeting" customers, to implement and manage the services as negotiated and sold by the Sales Department.

4.Coordinates all departments involved in setting up the event, in line with the agreed specifications: Banqueting, Rooms, IT Solutions and service- providers.

5.Ensures the budget and quality standards are respected.
