·Manage lobby bar operations.
负责大堂吧运作。
·Maintain excellent level ofcustomer service.

·Develop menus with othermembers of F&B team.

·Set departmental targets andobjectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures.

·Evaluate guest satisfactionlevels with a focus on continuous improvement.

·Ensure communication meetingsare conducted and post-meeting minutes generated.
保证组织沟通会并形成会议纪要。
·Assist other departmentswherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.

·Comply with hotel security,fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.

·Drive sales to maximizebudgeted revenue.

·To prepare, along with hisoutlet teams, a yearly Marketing Plan for each outlet, this is on the basis ofthe yearly business plan.
和各部门团队准备部门的年度营销计划,作为年度营业计划基础。
·To ensure that an effective marketingapproach is applied to all outlets in his Food and Beverage Operations.
确保一个适用于他所有餐饮运作部门的有效营销方法。
·To continuously seek ways toassist management in the outlet to maximize revenues and profit.
想法设法,协助管理餐厅部门的收入和利润更优。
·To fully understand the marketneeds and desires for each outlet and ensure that the product lines (menus) aredeveloped by the outlet management team accordingly.

·Maintains quality goals byfollowing up, eye for detail, following reports and guest comments, Mediumreports, mystery shoppers.
维护并跟踪质量目标,关注细节,跟进报告和客人的评论、媒体报道、神秘者。
·Stays informed for local,regional, national trends by reading, visiting competition, magazines, etc.
通过阅读,观察竞争对手,杂志等等了解本地、地区、国家发展趋势。
·Responds effectively tointernal audit reports, investigation following guest comments.
有效地回应内部审计报告,跟进客人的评论的调查。
·Complete all duties and ensurea hand over for day off is given.
完成所有任务,确保休息日之前做好交接。
·Liaise with supervisors 2hours before operations commence to assure correct flow of service demands.
在操作开始前2小时与主管沟通好,以确保正确的服务流程。
·Organizes weekly front ofhouse & back of house tour for cleanliness, Hygiene and maintenance.
每周组织对客区域和后台区域的清洁、卫生和维护检查。
·All Talents are required tocomply with every reasonable request from their hierarchical supervisor(s)within an amount of time that it takes to comply under normal circumstances.

·Good oral and written communication skills
良好的口头及书面沟通能力
·3-5 years experience in hotel engineering operation in similar capacity,preferably with international hotel chain
3-5年酒店相关运做经验,最好具有国际连锁酒店工作经验
·Hotel Restaurant Management graduate
酒店管理专业毕业
·Associate degree or above
全日制大专(含)以上学历
·Experienced in all aspects of restaurants service
餐饮服务的各方面丰富经验
